She is an English solicitor advocate admitted in Australia, England, and Ireland with over 25 years´ experience advising states, energy companies, and international institutions on the transactional, regulatory, and dispute resolution aspects of energy projects.Silke Goldberg is a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. She has over 20 years´ experience in the energy sector and is a visiting professor at the Energy Law Institute at Queen Mary University, London, and visiting professor at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She is a solicitor admitted to practice in Germany, England, and France as well as a member of the Irish Law Society.
